Saturday and Sunday (Saturday Setup starting at 2pm at the ARA Site, PLEASE arrive by 1:30pm)

Field Day contest event starts at 2pm on Saturday and ends at 5 pm on Sunday.
2 meals and refreshments provided, All Invited

BE SURE to wear your Orange hats & vests and display your ID's

Family BBQ at 7PM (Hams & Families) and Fireworks at Harrisville Harbor

Help with communications (146.535 Simplex), directions and parking (wear your Orange gear, ID's)
Work with the Sheriff's Office, DNR, Coast Guard, EMS, Fire Dept. & Fireworks Display Co.
Enjoy the fireworks, BBQ (before & after the fireworks) and "play" radio in the Communications Trailer

Aug 14 - Aug 18Alcona County Fair Week
Provide communications and related support for the Fair at the ARA site in Lincoln. Also demonstrate Amateur Radio from the Communications Trailer.

The Communications Trailer with various Local Emergency Planning and Emergency Management information along with the American Red Cross will be on display for the public and will be manned by LEPC/CERT team members.

Attend any day to demonstrate Amateur Radio from the Communications Trailer.

Especially need help on:

- Friday (8/17) and Saturday (8/18) evening starting at about 4:30 PM
- Saturday Morning at 9 AM for the Mud Run on the Fair Grounds (15 hams needed)
- Wear your hats, vests, ID's
- Will operate on 146.535 MHz Simplex (and Repeater, if required)
- Bring a flashlight and spare batteries for your HT
- Refreshments provided
- With your Orange gear/hat, please ID yourself at the gate so you will NOT have to pay the entrance fee.
